Priority support

Support available Mon-Fri 9-5pm. First hour is free of charge. You'll receive one hour of free support per selected period (week or month).
In this first hour we'll assess the problem and try to fix it immediately whenever possible. In case the fix is not so simple, we'll present you with a an estimated number of hours to fix it and a quote.
The baseline price per hour is $50, subject to change when agreed between the parties.

24/7 monitoring

Your website should be 'up' 100% of the time, but sometimes unexpected problems occur.
A monitor robot will instantly tell us when the site goes down so we can fix it asap.
The monitoring system works 24/7. The problem will be tackled during working hours, Mon-Fri, 9-5pm.

Premium content review

The content-related services will be done by appointment, typically within 24 hours. If you need to schedule your posts to go live at a certain time please tell us well in advance.

This plan covers a total of one hour of work dedicated to content-related services (Posts Review, Visual design, SEO Text formatting, Grammar check, Image optimisation) per contracted period (week or month).
This is typically enough to review 5 text-intensive posts with a few images or 1 visually-complex post/page.
The content-related hours are measured independently from the on-call support hours, rendering a total of two free hours per period.
Additional content reviews can be arranged by the rate of $50 per hour.
